• Qualification: BE (EEE / ECE / Mech) / B.E. (EEE / ECE / Mech), CIPET
• Experience: 15–20 years
• Gender: Male
• Age Limit: 35–40
• Languages: English, Tamil, Telugu (Additional)
• Field of Experience: Molding Technology
• Working Location: Sri City
• Head Hunt: Any Injection Molding Industry
• CTC: Maximum ₹15 L to ₹20 L
• Transportation: Available; willing to relocate to Tada is better. Bus available from Sullurupeta, Tada and Gummidipoondi.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the injection molding team and production processes to ensure efficiency and high quality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Train and mentor new employees and ensure safe working practices.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Work mutually with other departments and sort out issues.
• Work across all shifts to ensure smooth transitions and communication.
• Complete daily production reports and report on time.
• Conduct analysis using problem-solving techniques and prepare reports for review meetings.
• Conduct daily review meetings and fix weekly targets for shift engineers.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance – MTBF / MTTR.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance documents.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949.
• Understanding of molding machine sub-accessories: MTC, Chiller, Robot & Dryer.
• Basic understanding of plastics used in the automobile industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues caused by raw materials.
