• Designation: Engineer / Executive
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering
• Experience: 3–5 years (B.E)
• Gender: Male
• Age Limit: 22 to 30
• Languages: English, Tamil, Telugu (Additional)
• Field of Experience: Experience in molding production or quality assurance with FMEA exposure
• Working Location: Sri City
• Head Hunt: Any Injection Molding Industry / Automobile Industry
• CTC Range: Maximum ₹4 L to ₹6 L
• Transportation: Available; willing to relocate to Tada is better. Bus available from Sullurupeta, Tada, Gummidipoondi.

Responsibilities

1. Handle the injection molding team and production processes to ensure efficiency and high quality.
2. Prepare Process FMEA (PFMEA) for molding operations in line with IATF 16949 / AIAG-VDA standards.
3. Work with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, NPD) to identify potential failure modes, causes, and effects in molding processes.
4. Document Control Plans, Work Instructions, and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) aligned with PFMEA.
5. Analyse production issues (rejections, defects, downtime) and update FMEA documentation with real-time learnings.
6. Support APQP, PPAP, and customer audits by providing FMEA records and risk analysis reports.
7. Ensure FMEA documentation is properly linked to 8D, CAPA, and root cause analysis reports.
8. Conduct periodic FMEA reviews & revisions based on engineering changes, New Molds, materials, or process modifications.
9. Train shop-floor engineers and supervisors on FMEA awareness and its linkage to process discipline.
10. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR) for FMEA documentation.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Injection Molding Process & Tooling.
• Experience in AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, MSA, SPC.
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills (5 Why, Fishbone, DMAIC).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, FMEA software tools (e.g., IQ-RM, APIS, Excel templates).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive quality standards.
