CTC Range Maximum ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA

Handle the injection molding team and production processes to ensure efficiency and high quality.
Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
Train and mentor new employees and ensure they follow safe working practices.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Work collaboratively with other departments to identify and resolve issues.
Work across all shifts to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication.
Complete daily production reports and submit them on time.
Perform analysis using problem-solving techniques and prepare reports for review meetings.
Conduct daily review meetings and set weekly targets for shift engineers.
Apply basic problem-solving techniques to address production and process issues.
Maintain basic knowledge of maintenance concepts such as MTBF and MTTR.
Maintain and understand basic maintenance documentation.
Maintain basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
Understand molding machine sub-accessories such as MTC, Chiller, Robot, and Dryer.
Understand the basic types and applications of plastics used in the automobile industry.
Troubleshoot molding/process issues caused by raw materials.

Working Location: Sri City

Transportation: Transportation is available. Candidates willing to relocate to Tada are preferred.
