Base Salary

₹3 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Handle electronics purchasing and sourcing activities.
• Support RFQ, quotation collection and comparison.
• Support supplier selection and negotiation.
• Follow up with suppliers for price, delivery and quality.
• Monitor supplier QCD performance.
• Follow up on shortages, delayed deliveries and supply issues.
• Support cost reduction and localization activities.
• Identify and develop new suppliers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, PPC and Finance teams.
• Support new product development (NPD) sourcing activities.
• Handle PO, quotation and other purchasing documents.
• Prepare cost comparison and purchasing reports.
• Support supplier audits and supplier improvement activities.
• Escalate major cost, quality and delivery issues to the Assistant Manager.
• Take ownership of assigned suppliers / components.

Candidate Requirements

• 3--7 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Experience in electronics purchasing preferred.
• Automotive OEM / Tier-1 experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RFQ, quotation analysis and negotiation.
• Knowledge of supplier management and QCD.
• Experience in cost reduction / localization.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and ERP/SAP preferred.
