Transportation Available. Willingness to relocate to Tada is preferred. Bus available from Sullurupeta, Tada, and Gummidipoondi.

Head Hunt Hands-on experience in PLC programming -- Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.

CTC Range Maximum ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA

Take care of new model development activities related to equipment design and manufacturing process methods during both development and high-volume production.
Program PLCs for equipment automation and troubleshooting.
Take care of jigs, fixtures, and equipment maintenance as per the maintenance plan.
Implement Kaizens to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
Attend equipment breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain maintenance reports as per schedule.
Prepare monthly breakdown reports along with Why-Why Analysis.
Monitor and manage spare parts.
Maintain confidentiality when dealing with technology and confidential designs.
Be flexible to work in shifts and on holidays, if required.

Hands-on PLC programming experience.
Experience with PLC platforms such as Omron and Mitsubishi.
Experience in equipment automation and troubleshooting.
Experience in jigs and fixture maintenance.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and breakdown analysis.
Ability to implement Kaizen initiatives for quality and productivity improvement.

Working Location: Sri City

Transportation: Transportation is available. Candidates willing to relocate to Tada are preferred.
