Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and forecasted demand.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to planned output and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with production teams to address production constraints and schedule deviations.
2. Material Planning & Inventory Management
- Plan material requirements based on production schedules and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with Procurement and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and electronic components.
- Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to maintain optimum stock levels.
3. Production Monitoring
- Track daily production performance against actual plans.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
4. ERP & Reporting
- Update and maintain production planning data in ERP systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, inventory, and delivery performance.
- Ensure accuracy of planning and inventory-related records.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for effective execution of plans.
- Support timely resolution of material shortages and production-related issues.
- Participate in production review meetings and follow up on action plans.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Support implementation of 6S and Kaizen initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvement activities aimed at enhancing planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
7. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Production Planning and Control within a manufacturing environment and should be capable of coordinating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.

Working Location: Sri City
