Roles & Responsibilities

Handle process design activities including process flow, time study, PFMEA and process control charts for new models during development and high-volume production.
Understand customer requirements and engineering drawings and implement them in process design.
Prepare assembly line layouts using software for new product lines.
Handle assembly line capacity for new and existing models.
Implement Kaizens to improve quality and cycle time.
Improve line efficiency and productivity.
Handle packaging design for shipment of products.
