Roles & Responsibilities
- Create programs for SMT AOI and mounting processes on Yamaha machines during new model launches and when DCN or TWN is applied.
- Handle process design activities such as process flow, time study, PFMEA and process control charts for new models during development and high-volume production.
- Understand customer requirements and drawings and implement them in SMT process design.
- Handle regular and breakdown maintenance of SMT lines.
- Handle Yamaha machines in the SMT line and check machine conditions for new models.
- Handle SMT line capacity for new and existing models.
- Implement Kaizens to improve quality and cycle time.
- Improve line efficiency and productivity.
