- Reporting To: Assistant Manager
- Responsible For: Warehouse/shop-floor automation and material handling – installation, operation and maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and track deliverables including layout, navigation, fleet manager configuration, charging and safety.
- Support site readiness, floor/path setup, network/Wi-Fi checks, safety device installation, trials and validations.
- Participate in acceptance testing and verify missions, docking accuracy, obstacle handling and system stability.
- Monitor the fleet after go-live, manage missions/task queues, resolve blockages, analyze errors/logs and drive uptime.
- Coordinate IT, vendors and interfaces for integration support.
- Follow safety and compliance requirements and perform routine checks of scanners, E-stops and bumpers.
- Create SOPs and one-point lessons and maintain as-built and test records.
- Program PLCs for equipment automation and troubleshooting.
- Implement Kaizens to improve quality and cycle time.
- Attend equipment breakdowns and take corrective and preventive action.
- Prepare maintenance and monthly breakdown reports, including why-why analysis.
- Monitor spare parts.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with technology and confidential designs.
- Be flexible to work in shifts and on holidays when required.
